Chi is the Communications Head and a Research Assistant of the RENDER program of the Manila Observatory. She writes articles centered on topics in environmental science and ecological studies, alongside creating publication material and artworks as the Communications Head of RENDER. 

As an Environmental Science student from Ateneo de Manila University, her research interests include marine science, coral reefs, biodiversity, green spaces, and science communication. 

Chi is also a graphic designer for Care About Climate, a Youth Advisory Council member for World Ocean Day, a Project Manager of the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy, and a Cohort 8 Climatebase fellow.
