Ninna Beatrice Rivera is a Research Assistant with RENDER, the Klima Center – Manila Observatory’s youth climate engagement platform. In this role, she helps shape RENDER’s identity as a think tank by managing projects, guiding interns, and ensuring the quality of research outputs. She believes in the importance of creating spaces for youth engagement in climate action.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of climate finance, policy, corporate sustainability, and energy transition. With a background in Management Engineering and a minor in Sustainability from Ateneo de Manila University, she applies systems thinking, business strategy, and analytical skills to both research and project management.
